Personal Injury
A personal injury occurs when a person has suffered a physical or psychological injury, as the result of an accident. There are a plethora of different types of accidents from traffic collisions to accidents in the home and at work. However, at MCG Law we concentrate our practice on litigating industrial disease and mass tort personal injuries.
We strongly believe that careless conglomerates and imprudent titans of industry should not be allowed to profit by cutting corners or neglecting their duty to provide safe and fully functional products as well as a safe working environment for their employees.
Industrial disease type cases include asbestosis and mesothelioma, chest diseases (e.g. emphysema, pneumoconiosis, silicosis, chronic bronchitis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and chronic obstructive airways disease), vibration white finger, occupational deafness, occupational stress, contact dermititus, and repetitive strain injury cases.
